Suprovat Sydney report:  One of the most corrupt Presidents in American history, Donald trump. He has committed crime against society, crime against civilians, crime against nation, crime against his country.

It appears that in a civil fraud case overseen by Judge Arthur Engoron in New York, former President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization have been ordered to pay a massive fine of $354 million, which increases to $453.5 million with pre-judgment interest. Additionally, they have been barred from seeking loans from financial institutions in New York for three years, and Trump himself is prohibited from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for three years.

The case, brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James in 2022, alleged fraud against Trump and his company. The judge ruled in September that Trump and the other defendants were liable for fraud based on evidence presented during pretrial filings. The allegations included inflating property valuations and misrepresenting wealth to banks and insurers over the course of a decade.

Trump and his legal team had anticipated a defeat and are expected to appeal the decision. Trump has previously criticized the case as “rigged” and a “sham.”
