BSCA Extends Support to Respected Community Elder Shahabuddin Ahmed

Reported by Suprovat Sydney: The Bangladeshi Senior Citizen of Australia (BSCA), a leading community organisation renowned for its ongoing social work, continues to stand by community members in times of need. BSCA regularly visits sick and elderly individuals, offering care, companionship, and assistance.

Recently, the BSCA team visited one of the most respected elders in the community, Brother Shahabuddin Ahmed, at his residence in Lakemba, Sydney. Brother Ahmed is a distinguished graduate of the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and has served as a professional engineer in the United Kingdom, as well as in Iran, Iraq, and several other countries.

He was recently hospitalised at Concord Hospital due to illness and is now recovering at home. However, his health remains fragile, and he has humbly requested the community to keep him in their heartfelt prayers (Du’wa) for a swift recovery.
