MÜSİAD hosts annual Iftar dinner.

Reported by Suprovat Sydney: On Friday, 27 February 2026, MÜSİAD Sydney held its annual Iftar dinner an evening that beautifully reflected the spirit of unity, respect, and the shared values of the Australian community.

The gathering brought together a distinguished assembly of leaders, diplomats, and prominent figures from the business sector. Set against the backdrop of the blessed month of Ramadan, the event served as a powerful reminder of the strength found in Australia’s multicultural fabric and the connections that bind us together.

Distinguished Guests in Attendance: The evening was graced by several notable figures, including:

  • E. Dr. Vagif Jafarov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Australia
  • Belgin Ergüneş, Turkish Consul-General in Sydney
  • Clr Bilal El-Hayek, Mayor of Canterbury-Bankstown
