Ohidul Islam:

Part 1.

Sheikh Hasina Regime deployed Army Tanks on civilians and shots were fired from Military helicopters during the Student’s protest 2024. As a result, hundreds of people died and countless injured, resulting in the Student’s protest turned into a Civilian’s War between Citizens of Bangladesh and Sheikh Hasina led Awami regime.

Student’s protest 2024 started with the mass protests. Hundreds of martyrs’ life sacrifice evidences it was a ‘Civilian’s War’.

Our martyr siblings gave their blood and lifes to bring freedom for Bangladesh. It is important to recognise Bangladesh’s second birth by the current interim government and the people of Bangladesh. ‘Student’s Non-discriminatory Movement 2024’, Liberation War 1971 and Language movement 1952 are from the same spirit. These sacrifices are all to free Bangladesh from oppressors. Martyrs of 1952, 1971, 2024 should be respected and remembered in equal manner.

Awami League followers accept that Sheikh Hasina’s regime was uprooted by the mass protest. The matter of fact, student’s and civilians of Bangladesh have outcasted Awami league through Civilian’s War. Student’s protest 2024 was not only a protest, rather it was a war.

Part 2.

Awami league followers accept that Awami League were autocratic because the autocratic regime had been able to rehabilitate the politics of Bangladesh.

In 1990, the people of Bangladesh brought down the Ershad led autocratic party.

Awami league followers accept their ruling as ‘autocratic’ so Awami league can create a chance to re-establish itself.

Sheikh Hasina regime has directed, associated and involved in ‘Student killing 2024’, ‘Riffle’s Squire Massacre 2009’, ‘Dhaka Shapla Chottor killing 2013’, & countless extra judicial killings and force disappearances since 2008.

Therefore, we appeal to the Supreme Court of Bangladesh to ban ‘Awami League’ and ‘Sheikh Hasina regime’ in Bangladesh.

Part 3.

Is Sheikh Hasina regime an Autocratic regime or an Indian Colonialism backed regime?

Awami League turned into an autocratic ruling party after the 2014 Parliament Election, then gradually it became a regime backed by Indian Colonialism.

Sajeeb Wajed Joy’s recent appeal to India to pressure the Government of Bangladesh to favor Awami League evidences that Awami league has completely become an Indian Colonial regime.

Sheikh Hasina flew to India. She felt safe there. She did not feel her home town Gopalgonj was safe enough. She did not feel safe anywhere in Bangladesh. She did not feel safe in the guard of the people of Bangladesh. She could not trust the people of Bangladesh. If she had truly felt she was the daughter of the leader of the liberation war, she should have turned herself to the protesters. If she had been truthful to herself, she would not flee like a coward. She would have faced the crowd. If she had a minimum feeling for people of Bangladesh, she would have at least taken some of her regime members with her. It is clear, Sheikh Hasina does not trust anybody in Bangladesh. People of Bangladesh mean nothing to her.

Sheikh Hasina trusts the Indian Security force because she had been set into the ruling position of Bangladesh by the Indian Security Force through election meddling in 2008, 2014, 2018 & 2024.

India protects Sheikh Hasina after being liable for ordering shot fire on a student’s protest, causing many deaths and permanent injuries.

In contrast, India left hanging Felani’s dead body on the cable fence of border between Bangladesh and India.

We must know, India is the utmost enemy of Bangladesh. If India backs anybody in Bangladesh, they are our enemy and Bangladesh’s enemy.

If India does not support someone in Bangladesh, she is most likely our friend.

Moreover, people of Bangladesh must stay aware of India’s manipulation of colonizing Bangladesh.

India has set layer by layer manipulators in all sectors of Bangladesh, massively in education, language and cultural sectors. If Students would not defeat Sheikh Hasina regime this time, India would insert Indian military into Bangladesh in the name of ‘Corridor Guards’. Bangladesh should never allow the corridor to India. Abu Syed, Golam Nafij, Mughdo let pass bullets through them, not to let pass Indian Corridors through Bangladesh. Therefore, it is crucially important that Bangladesh prioritizes the increase of social awareness on Indian Colonization and hegemony. Besides, Bangladeshis must continue the ‘Boycott Indian Products’ movement.
